To understand a wheel wobble that began after tire service, compare it under normal, safe conditions: cold versus warm, idle versus steady speed, and light versus higher load. Note the speed range and whether the steering wheel or seat vibrates. Change one condition at a time so the result stays useful.
Do not create a risky test just to reproduce it. Return to the shop promptly for wheel seating, balance, and fastener checks; do not keep testing at speed.
