To understand tire pressure changing with the weather, compare it under normal, safe conditions: cold versus warm, idle versus steady speed, and light versus higher load. Measure when tires are cold and compare each wheel with the door-jamb placard, not the tire sidewall maximum. Change one condition at a time so the result stays useful.
Do not create a risky test just to reproduce it. Check for a puncture or damaged valve if one tire differs significantly from the others.
