To understand an intermittent no-crank condition, compare it under normal, safe conditions: cold versus warm, idle versus steady speed, and light versus higher load. Record whether the dash lights come on, whether a click is heard, and how long the car was parked. Change one condition at a time so the result stays useful.
Do not create a risky test just to reproduce it. Check selector position or clutch interlock behavior as the manual describes; inspect battery connections.
