To understand the same fuse blowing repeatedly, compare it under normal, safe conditions: cold versus warm, idle versus steady speed, and light versus higher load. Record the fuse rating and what stopped working just before it opened. Change one condition at a time so the result stays useful.
Do not create a risky test just to reproduce it. Use only the specified rating; a larger fuse can overheat wiring and create a fire risk.
